Important information about buying products online

I completely understand that you want your breast pump expressing items as soon as possible — that’s exactly why I started this business. But please keep in mind that I’m a mum and a very small business, and I do everything humanly possible to post orders (or put them out for pickup) by the next business day.

 

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed in the morning. If you order at 9am on a Friday, for example, your order will be sent on Monday.

  • If I cannot send your order within 2–3 business days, I will usually email you to explain why.

  • If you haven’t received an Order Processing email after 2–3 business days, please feel free to email me.

  • If you have received an Order Processing email you will most likely get the 'Shipped' email with the tracking number the next day.  See below for pick up information

 

Stock Levels

I sell items online and in person, so occasionally something sells out before I can update the website.

  • Please check the product description carefully.

  • If I know there will be a delay of more than 2–3 business days, I will usually add a bold note at the top of the product page.

 

Express Postage

Choosing Express Post speeds up delivery once AusPost has the parcel, but it does not speed up processing. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

 

Post Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post currently advises the following estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Post (Australia): 8–15 business days

  • Express Post (Australia): 2–5 business days

  • New Zealand Standard: 8–21 business days

 

Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, I am no longer able to control delivery times.  If your parcel is delayed, please let me know — I’m always happy to follow up with AusPost. However, once a parcel is marked Delivered, AusPost will usually only speak with the recipient. If you cannot locate your parcel, you will need to contact them directly.

 

Local Pickup (Perth)

Pickup is available near Morley. This option is free and can be selected just before payment. (The system automatically adds postage at first — you can remove it at checkout.)

Once the order is ready to be collected you will receive a text message with the address and pick up instructions.

Orders not collected within 30 days from the date of the text message will be cancelled and refunded minus a $2 restocking fee.

Returns/Refunds

Items that are unopened (ie in their original packaging) can be returned for a refund.  If you have ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it, it is easiest for you to send the item back and place a new order.

If you have been sent the wrong item - please let me know asap, with a photo (keep in mind that I am human and may make mistakes - I will work to rectify it as soon as humanly possible).  I will send the correct item asap.

For some items, a refund for change of mind might not be possible.  Please check the item description.
