This combination of cap, tubing, and/or bottle allows you to feed your baby away from the breast while avoiding bottles. Can be used at the breast or with your finger. Add some string to hold the bottle around your neck so that you don't have to hold it or balance it (eg the 4th picture).

Tubing is 0.8mm internal diameter, food-safe silicone, cut to approx 50cm.

Bottle and cap are BPA free

Cap can also be put onto a standard narrow neck bottle (such as Medela or Pigeon narrow neck). Note that packaging stays it is for single use - this means single person use and can be cleaned at home. 

Syringe can be used to push soapy water through the tubing to clean it. Tubing can be boiled (be careful that it does not stick to the side of the pan as it could melt). Bottle can be washed in hot soapy water, the manufacturer does not recommend microwave sterilising
