Note regarding stock - I sell these items online and in person. Sometimes items sell out quickly. Please check the product description carefully - there will usually be a note at the top, in bold, if an item is going to be out of stock for more than a few days, and its ETA.
Note regarding postage and processing times - I understand how keen you are to get your items, most orders are sent out by the next business day. Choosing Express does not mean the processing will be any faster - orders are processed in the order they are received and as quickly as possible. Sometimes items go out of stock before I have a chance to update the website - I will do my best to email you within 2 business if an item you have ordered is out of stock - sometimes if I know that stock is arriving soon I may not email. Also, I charge less for postage than what I have to pay - ie I do not make any money from the postage
AusPost has suspended their express post guarantee and for some places it may take longer than normal for items to arrive. Express postage is still faster than Standard shipping (the actual postage, not the processing time, as above). You should receive an email once the item is shipped with a tracking number - if you do not receive an email within 2 business days of placing the order, you are welcome to contact me.

X-Small - regular flange size 15 - 18mm
Small - regular flange sizing 19 - 22mm

*** Please check sizing information carefully and read the FAQ below - if you are having issues with your flanges and think these will help please read the information carefully. Pumpin Pal flange sizing is based on your best, SMALLEST, fitting regular flange size. If you are using a size that still has any areola being pulled in you are probably not using the correct size - www.cherishedparenting.com.au/flange-sizing-guide ***
Pumpin Pal flanges are a variation on regular flanges - they are angled to potentially aid in comfort and output*.
Note that the old way of pushing them into an existing 24mm flange is no longer possible as the sizing has been changed slightly
FAQ -
Why don't you sell these in packs of 3 sizes like they do in the USA?
If you want 3 sizes, then technically adding 3 sizes (without connectors) to your cart will be the same price as they are from the USA (when allowing for exchange rates and postage costs). However, in my experience, you should not need to test out 3 sizes to know which size best suits you - if you have found a 'regular' flange size that suits your nipple size and is somewhat comfortable or you cannot go smaller, you should know what size to get in the Pumpin Pal flanges. If you are using a flange 18mm or bigger then you should double-check your sizing here, or contact me for assistance.
I've heard these are good for elastic nipples, is that right?
In my experience (over 1500 people sized in person and via video since August 2020), the vast majority of people who think they have elastic nipples are actually using the wrong size - ie way too big. I highly recommend double-checking your size here or contacting me for assistance. If you think you need soft silicone flanges for comfort, you are probably using the wrong size - look at the sizing guide.
I would also recommend double-checking your size if you are using a 19mm flange or bigger and want something more comfortable - most people need between 13 and 18mm and once they find the correct size it is more comfortable.
I have found these to be good for those with very large, soft breasts, where despite using the correct size, more 'contact' with the flange is needed (although this isn't guaranteed).
Will these help increase my supply or improve comfort?
*There is no guarantee that this product will increase your supply and/or improve comfort, regardless of what you may hear from others. Unfortunately expressing can be a very individual thing - what works for one person may not work for another and there are a lot of factors that influence output. The main consideration is to have frequent, effective milk removal. There is more information on increasing supply with a breast pump if you click here
I need something more comfortable - a silicone flange will help, correct?
Not necessarily. In my experience (helping size over 1500 mothers since August 2020) it is not the material of the flange that makes it more comfortable, but the sizing. Sometimes 1-2 sizes too big can be worse than 3+ sizes - if there is room between the nipple and the side of the flange you can probably size down. If you are having issues try smaller first, or get in touch for help.
