Pair of MyFit narrow connectors. To fit narrow neck bottles. Works with old style Medela Symphony or Swing tubing, not the new 'Flex' type. Can be used with back flow protectors with this adapter or the long stem type

Made by Maymom, these will allow you to interchange your breast shields if you need to change sizes
