Pair of shields available in 10mm - 21mm. Flanges in 24mm and 27mm only available after consultation (larger sizes not available as they are exceptionally rare (I've only seen 2 out of >2000 mothers need larger than 27mm in 6 years) click on the link above for a sizing guide.
