Pair of soft silicone flanges, designed to increase comfort and output*. Designed by 2 exclusive expressing, MIT graduate mums in the USA.

These flanges need connectors - these can be your existing connectors or can be added on as an option for $19.95/pair. 'Wide' connectors fit Spectra/Pumpables bottles and backflow protectors, 'narrow' connectors fit standard narrow neck bottles (you can make these work with Spectra breast pumps by adding 'Spectra back flow protector to Medela flange adapter'). You should not need a connector if you have any Medela pump (except the handsfree).

Note on sizing - some users have commented that the measurements may not be correct and that they are larger than stated. The measurements are correct, but because the flanges are made from a soft silicone, they are flexible and allow for extra movement. It may be best to go down a size (eg if you are currently using 16mm, go down to 15mm). Sizing should be based on your best fitting SMALLEST regular flange (click here for a sizing guide) - if you are having lots of pain ('pinching', 'tightness', etc) but the nipple is moving freely you have probably not gone small enough.

Sizes larger than 21mm are not being sold at the moment - 95% of mothers need flanges that are 18mm or smaller, 99% need smaller than 21mm. Before moving to these flanges, I would highly recommend to get in touch for a sizing check.
